Places I Want to Visit During 2015

I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling the urge to travel more this year. There are just so many beautiful and breath-taking places in the world for us to explore. So here I am, showing you what places I’d like to visit this year.

Barbados

Somewhere off in the oceans, around South America (or Central America I believe? according to Google it’s part of North America??) is this little island country called Barbados. If you haven’t heard of it yet, chances are you’re missing out. Truth told, don’t know much at all about it (or anything really, nor what you’re suppose to do there), but the pictures below literally scream tropical, beachy, and luxurious getaway-like.

UK

Though I’ve never been to Europe and am sure there’s lots to see, the UK is where I’d like to visit the most (other than Rome/Greece of course), probably England or Ireland in particular. Like the above, no clue what I’m going to do there but most likely to explore the cities and get to know the culture more. Get inspired, ya know?

New York

Been there once, but that one time was when it was hailing sheets of rain, literally buckets of ice-cold water thrown down from the sky. Needless to say, it was freezing. Times Square was shopping heaven, though I only got two pairs of pants from Forever 21 because we were on a tight schedule and the weather was really getting to people (people as in me, lol). Manhattan and Brooklyn are some places I’d like to explore more; I stayed in the little city Flushing last time.

LA

I’ve been to LA many times already but this time around, I’d really like to visit the fashion district again. I love shopping for fabric there since everything there is so unique and one-of-a-kind. Fabric can get pretty expensive at the fabric store, but stuff there is really affordable and the selection is endless. I also want to visit the beach again and the area around LA in general, like Orange County and the Santa Monica beach.

Miami

Miami. Beach. Sun. Is an explanation needed? If you couldn’t tell already, I’m obsessed with the idea of a “beach babe.” Kinda silly, I know. I’ve always loved the beach and the idea of relaxing beside the ocean, until I kinda realized that my skin gets sunburnt really easily and I hate when sand gets stuck in my stuff, especially my shoes and I can’t get all of it out. Does anyone else have this problem? Then I also realized that I get pretty bored just standing in the water, even if it’s just for 10 minutes. My hair isn’t blond either, so I guess some things just aren’t meant to be (note the sarcasm and hint at stereotypes). Nevertheless, I’d love to visit somewhere warmer and beach-y and just wander around, ya know?
